Mr. Sanjay J. Vegad serves as the Independent Director of Vinit Mobile Limited, bringing over 12 years of rich experience in the mobile and consumer durables sector. He possesses a deep understanding of industry dynamics, market trends, and fast-moving consumer products. He holds a Master’s degree from Wales University, United Kingdom (UK).
Mr. Vinaykumar Vinodchandra Tailor is a Non-Executive Independent Director of the company. He holds a Master of Law (L.L.M.) degree, earned in 2011, and a Bachelor’s degree (B.Com) in Commerce. Ms. Mansi Mukeshkumar Jain is a Qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with 4 years of post-qualification experience in corporate compliance, secretarial functions, and regulatory affairs. Skilled in ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations, RBI regulations, and other applicable corporate laws for both listed and unlisted entities.
