The success of Vinit Mobile Limited is driven by a strong and experienced leadership team. The Board of Directors consists of Mr. Vinit Ravishankar Jalan ( Chairman & Managing Director) and Mrs. Shweta Jalan (Non Executive Director), supported by Independent Directors Mr. Vinaykumar Vinodchandra Tailor, Mr. Sanjay Jorsangbhai Vegad and Mr. Aditya Vikrambhai Patel who bring valuable expertise and governance oversight. Our senior management team ensures smooth operations and strategic growth, led by Mr. Piyush Pansari (Admin). Financial management is headed by Mr. Himanshu Modi (CFO), while corporate compliance and governance are overseen by Ms. Mansi Mukeshkumar Jain (Company Secretary & Compliance Officer). Mr. Rocky Singh (Cluster Manager) plays a key role in supervising multi-location operations and ensuring efficiency across the retail chain.
