In 2020, the business was incorporated as a Private Limited Company, and later in 2025, it was converted into Vinit Mobile Limited, marking a new phase of corporate growth. The company provides all leading mobile brands with easy finance options for customers, ensuring affordability and accessibility. The Board of Directors, Mrs. Vinit Jalan and Mrs. Shweta Jalan, continue to guide the company with visionary leadership, driving its mission to deliver quality products, excellent service, and sustainable growth.
