Return Policy:

Products must be returned to Vinit Mobile Private Limited within 7 days from the date of delivery to the customer. The product must be returned in its original condition with all tags attached, along with all packing materials, courier receipts, invoices, and any other related documents.

Refund Policy:

Upon successful receipt of the product by the company, Vinit Mobile Private Limited will initiate an instant refund to the customer’s source account or chosen method of refund within 2 to 3 working days.

Refund and Cancellation for Service Provider Company:

Due to the nature of service providers, “NO REFUND” and “NO CANCELLATION” requests will be entertained once payment has been made.

Cancellation Policy:

Customers can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation requests will be entertained. However, returns are possible for all orders/products.

OR

Customers can only cancel an order before it has been shipped/dispatched. Once the product/s have been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated. However, returns are possible for all orders/products.

Shipping & Delivery Policies:

Vinit Mobile Private Limited ships products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 24 hours. Shipping is done on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.

For areas serviced by reputed couriers, delivery time is within 3 to 4 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). For other areas, products will be shipped through reputable courier services and may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.

Please note that there might be unexpected delays in delivery due to unavoidable logistics challenges beyond our control, for which Vinit Mobile Private Limited is not liable. In such cases, we request cooperation from our users. Vinit Mobile Private Limited reserves the right to cancel orders at its sole discretion in cases where delivery takes longer than usual or if the shipment is physically untraceable. In such instances, the amount paid for cancelled products will be refunded to the source account.
